The Brief

A beautiful site with an unsustainable cost per enquiry

Wilderness Safaris offers premium travel to some of the world’s most remote and breathtaking locations, combining raw, natural experiences with the comfort and luxury their travellers expect. Their website reflected that positioning beautifully, but it was not turning visitors into enquiries efficiently, and the paid media campaigns pointed at it were costing far too much to sustain.

Ratio brought Salo in to fix the commercial problem without touching what made the brand feel premium.

The Approach

Clearer journeys that never cheapened the brand

We redesigned the user journeys across the site so visitors moved through them more naturally. Clear layouts and the brand’s own photography carried people towards the enquiry, and calls to action arrived at the moments that made sense rather than on every screen.

The work stayed inside the existing luxury look throughout, because that premium feel was the reason the site drew the right visitors in the first place.

The Outcome

A site that finally justified the media spend

The rebuilt journeys turned the site into an efficient route to enquiry. Visitors could find the trip they wanted and ask about it without hitting friction, carried by clear messaging and the photography the brand was already known for.

The paid media spend that had been unsustainable now had a site that could earn it back.

+144% increase in enquiry rate
-46% reduction in cost per acquisition
